The initiative is expected to increase condom usage among the force who are said to be so attached to military like equipment.
He revealed that there are already four million pieces in the army stores only waiting to be launched by the army Chief of Defence Force any moment and later distributed to the different military bases in the country
Kandole says just like the army is provided with a gun, bullets they will receive body armors to protect the peace keepers against attack by the deadly disease.
He was on Friday speaking during the launch of Uganda HIV/AIDS Prevention Method in the Military Group project at the forth division army barracks in Gulu.
Michael Wanzusi the coordinator of Defence Department in the Program for Accessible Health Communication and Education-PACE says the condom was invented for the purpose of acceptance among the military.
The officials say the condoms will be put at various dispensers within the army military bases for easy accessibility.
