Court found that the group lied to Donah when they picked her from her home in Bwebajja to the Pine Car Bond where she was supposed to negotiate payment of a loan balance of nine million shillings as part of a car purchase. According to the judge,Katushabe was instead tortured ,a process through which she suffered harm and later succumbed to death.
