On his knees, John Kasadha a.k.a John Blaq apologized for disappointing his dear fans when he refused to perform at the Comedy Store show on Thursday. Revelers at UMA Showgrounds on Thursday left displeased after one of the artistes they had come to watch perform, John Blaq, failed to live up to their expectations. It is said that the singer, despite arriving on time, refused to step on stage. According to John Blaq, he was ready to perform but was attacked by health complications and could not perform in such conditions. Several reports have been swinging around in the entertainment circles revealing that the Maama Bulamu singer rather adamantly refused to perform because by the time he was invited on stage, a big number of the revelers had left their seats after watching Spice Diana and Ray G perform. While appearing on the KURT show on NBS TV on Saturday, the singer apologized to his fans and revealed that it was not in his plans for things to turn out that way but he couldn’t perform with health complications. He also revealed that the first time he performed at the show, he was the last to perform and by the time he stepped on stage, many people had already left and he couldn’t let that happen again this time round. From the bottom of my heart, I apologize to my fans and management of Comedy Store for letting them down last Friday. But I still blame Comedy Store management for putting my performance last since I couldn’t sing for empty chairs as all fans were exhausted and going home.
