I am resuming from where I stopped – SK Mbuga vows

With the first breath of fresh air upon stepping on Ugandan soil after over a year in and out of different prisons in Dubai and Sweden, tycoon SK Mbuga made everyone who cared to listen that he was back home with a bang!  Suleiman Kabangala Mbuga is a Ugandan businessman, philanthropist, and socialite. He was arrested by Interpol in February 2018 in Dubai after it was alleged that he, together with his wife Vivian Angella Chebet, defrauded over Shs 20b from a Swedish businessman.  For the past one year and nine months, SK Mbuga has been held in a Swedish prison where he was held as investigations in his case went on. He was however released earlier in the week after prosecution failed to avail pinning evidence against him in the reported case.  The city moneybag touched down at Entebbe Airport on Saturday morning and thereafter found his way to Kampala where he was welcomed by his family, friends, fans, and associates.  He immediately made his innocence known to journalists as he pledged to resume works from where he ended before being arrested. He revealed that he was jailed wrongly following made-up charges.  I missed everything while in prison. I was jailed for nothing but I am going to resume from where I stopped. I was arrested in Dubai over trumped-up charges but I thank God, I have been released after finding out the truth.  He thereafter revealed that a group of mafias has been fighting him for a while now and they are the reason why he was imprisoned. He emphasized that he will be exposing and suing them for the damages caused since his work was stalled while he was away.
