It is yet another achievement for Eddy Kenzo as he appears as the only Ugandan male personality on the compiled list of the 100 Most Influential Young Africans of 2019.  On the list that we managed to have a look at today morning, Edrisa Musuuza a.k.a Eddy Kenzo is joined by two other Ugandans in Nancy Kacungira, and Usher Komugisha.  The list is compiled annually by the Africa Youth Awards organization with a goal set towards recognizing the works of the young African personalities which have impacted lives across the continent.  This year, the list comprises of popular figures from 32 African countries including musicians, business men and women, sportsmen, writers, journalists, among others.  Usher Komugisha is one of the best female sports journalists on the continent. She has been at the helm of Uganda’s sports journalism, breaking down barriers in the male-dominated field of sport broadcasting.  Eddy Kenzo is a hugely celebrated musician on the African continent and the first Ugandan to win a BET Award which he won in 2015. His music and inspiring life story has inspired the lives of several youths in Africa.
