Kanye West & Kim Kardashian Help Released Prisoner Remove Face Tattoos

Kim Kardashian has helped release 17 first-time non-violent offenders in the past 90 days.
Kim Kardashian has faced her fair share of criticism over the years but regardless of what you think of her, she’s using her platform to do some good in the world. It was reported yesterday that she’s helped at least seventeen inmates get released from prison. Most recently, she and Kanye West paid a visit to one of the inmates she helped release and offered to help remove his face tattoos so he could get a fresh start in life.
Azaria Algarin’s twin brother, Paul, was recently released from prison in North Carolina after serving 7 years. During his incarceration, Paul asked his sister for Kim Kardashian’s address to send her a letter after hearing about the prison reform work she’s done. Azaria doubted that Kim would even read the letter but as it turns out, not only did read the letter but she pulled up to their home in person with Kanye.
Kim and Kanye flew out to Charlotte following Monday’s Met Gala to meet Paul, Azaria and their mom. Kim also brought a doctor along with her to discuss the removal of Paul’s face tatts in order to start fresh after his release. The cost of the surgery will be covered by Kim and Kanye.
“Never in a million years did I think Kim would write him back (or even read his letter), fly in right after the met gala (not to mention her 4th baby is due at any minute), invest in our family & laugh / relate to us over the smallest things,” Azaria wrote on Instagram.
Azaria told TMZ that she, her mom and Paul went to lunch with Kim and Kanye at The Lights Juicery & Cafe before heading to MedSpa for the first lasering session in Paul’s tattoo removal procedure.
