Museveni Vows to Compensate Evicted Families

Government has pledged to compensate 350 families evicted from their land in Lusanja Wakiso district by landlord Medard Kiconco.  Earlier on residents told Museveni that Kiconco was working for his brother Salim Saleh. He immediately picked phone to call him but Saleh didn’t answer calls .  The affected tenants have been sleeping in cold since Friday when the eviction took place .
